Year 1 enjoyed a lovely trip to Gatton Park on Tuesday 24th March, if a little chilly! In the morning we turned into nature artists and created our own natural colour pallets.

We also had a fantastic time exploring and identifying different kinds of flowers in the Japanese garden. The children worked in teams to create miniature gardens, using creativity and imagination to add extra detail. Later in the afternoon also played some games linked with what a plant needs to grow as well as some other exciting activities.

The children were exceptionally well behaved and loved every moment of it.
