Admissions at Nutfield Church Primary
To Apply for Reception Class 2022
For children due to start school in September 2022 (children born between 1/9/2017 – 31/8/2018).
If you wish to apply for a school place at Nutfield Church (C of E) Primary School you will need to apply on-line to Surrey County Council and also complete our Supplementary Information Form (attached below). Please refer to our Admissions Policy for application criteria (see below).
The closing date for on-line applications for Reception class is 15th January 2022.

We are holding Open Mornings on the following dates, where you can view the school and meet with Miss Woods, the Head Teacher:
- Thursday 4th November 2021 9.45am-10.45am
- Wednesday 17th November 2021 10.00am-11.00am
- Thursday 25th November 2021 9.45am-10.45am

An in-year application should be made if your child needs to join a school outside of the normal admissions round – for example, if you move house and your child can no longer attend their current school.

School Admission Appeals
Please refer to Surrey County Council for further information.
Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.
Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.
Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school’s case 7 clear working days in advance of the hearing.
Appellants must ensure that any further evidence not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm on the day preceding three clear working days prior to the appeal hearing date. Any additional evidence or information received after this date might not be considered at the appeal hearing.
In year or immediate entry appeals
Appeals resulting from in year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
