Last week, our Year 4 children had an amazing three-day adventure at High Ashurst, where they had the opportunity to develop and strengthen their skills in resilience, teamwork and listening.
Throughout the three days, the children were challenged both physically and mentally as they took part in a wide range of exciting activities, including orienteering, high ropes, a blindfolded assault course and the climbing wall. There were certainly some moments that pushed the children outside of their comfort zones!
It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, supporting one another and encouraging their friends. Many of the children pushed themselves to achieve things they never thought they could, showing fantastic determination and resilience along the way.
A huge thank you to all the parents who accompanied us and helped make the three days so enjoyable and memorable. We are incredibly proud of how the children rose to every challenge and demonstrated such fantastic teamwork, courage and perseverance.
