We are fortunate to have a wide range of both ‘internal’ and ‘external’ after school clubs here at Nutfield Church. Internal clubs are run by teachers and external are run by external providers. In order for you to see what internal clubs are on offer a programme is attached this week’s newsletter.
Internal Clubs
The programme of internal clubs is attached this week’s newsletter. A form is being sent via ParentMail today. Please kindly select club choices using the appropriate voting buttons. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If your child has attended a club previously, we kindly ask that you reapply for the Autumn term. For clubs with limited participants, priority will be given to children who have not taken part in the club previously. For Choir, priority will be given to those children who already attend.
It will not be possible to change club attendance during the Autumn term and waiting lists will no longer be held. To that end, the closing date for application to clubs for the Autumn term will be Wednesday 13th September and the School Office will communicate confirmed clubs by Wednesday 20th September.
Internal clubs will commence w/c 25th September and end w/c 20th November. Please see the attachment for the days on which the clubs will run and what years are able to attend. Please ensure that your child is committed to attending a club for the whole term before signing them up.
External Clubs
Our two external clubs (Football and Sweatband Juniors) will continue to run in the Autumn term and both are booked directly with the club co-ordinator. Please see the attachment for the days on which these clubs will run. Football club commenced w/c 4th September and Sweatband Juniors will commence w/c 11th September.
