We are fortunate to have a wide range of both ‘internal’ and ‘external’ after school clubs here at Nutfield Church. Internal clubs are run by teachers and external are run by outside providers.
Summer Term Clubs
Internal Clubs:
Please find attached a programme of internal clubs. A form will be sent via email on Monday 23rd March at 8.00am. Please select club choices using the appropriate voting buttons. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If your child has attended a club previously, we ask that you reapply for the Summer term as a place on the club is no longer automatically carried over to the next term. For clubs with limited participants and for Purple Mash club, priority will be given to children who have not taken part in the club previously. For Choir, Speech and Drama and Orchestra, priority will be given to those children who already attend.
Karate club will be open to Years 3 and 4 only and more information regarding this club will be sent out on Monday. It will not be possible to change club attendance during the Summer term and waiting lists will not be held. The closing date for application to clubs for the Summer term will be Friday 10th April and the School Office will communicate confirmed clubs by Friday 17th April.
Internal clubs will commence w/c 27th April and end w/c 29th June. Please see the attachment for the days on which the clubs will run and what year groups are able to attend. Please ensure that your child is committed to attending a club for the whole term before signing them up.
External Clubs:
Our two external clubs (Football and Sweatband Juniors) will continue to run in the Summer term and both are booked directly with the club co-ordinator. Please see the attachment for the days on which these clubs will run. Football club and Sweatband Juniors will commence w/c 13th April.
