At the start of this half term, the Year 4 children returned to chaos. A mysterious creature was witnessed running rampant across the school grounds. This creature was the Jabberwocky! After learning more about the Jabberwocky, from Lewis Carroll’s 1871 poem, the Year 4 children learnt to perform a dramatized version of the poem. To end their unit of learning, they all created their own version of the Jabberwock poem based on their own unique creature, whilst strictly following the themes of Lewis Carroll’s original creation.
