We’re excited to announce that after the Easter break, The Ark will be moving to MagicBooking—a brand-new, mobile-friendly platform designed to give parents more flexibility, easier bookings, and total control over their childcare schedule from any phone, tablet, or PC.
To ensure a smooth move to our new “home,” please note the following key dates and actions:
- Now – End of Spring Term: Please ensure all outstanding invoices on our current system are settled. A clear balance allows for a seamless migration of your data.
- Easter Break: You’ll be able to find your way to Magic booking from this webpage.
- Summer Term 1: All bookings and payments for the new term will take place on the MagicBooking platform.
To help us prepare for the launch, we ask all parents to bring their accounts up to date as soon as possible.
- Need your balance? If you are unsure of your Spring 2 total, please contact the school office for a statement.
- Need support? If you are experiencing genuine financial hardship and may struggle to clear your balance before Easter, please reach out to us in confidence immediately so we can discuss a way to bridge your account.
