Thank you so much for all your responses for The Ark placements this year.

Reminders:

• Drop off time is at 7.45am
• Pick up time is at 5.15pm – 5.30pm
• Staff will have the children ready by 5.15pm at the front playground I order that those who have asked can get away promptly for other clubs/activities
• 15pm pick up continue to be available

Ark communications this term, are to be sent to Mrs Russell who, is our new Ark Play Leader. She will be managing all aspects of the day to day running of the provision.

We know communication is very important. If you have an Ark related query, please email theark@nutfield.surrey.sch.uk. This email is monitored by Mrs Russell on a daily basis until 2.30pm.  In the event of an emergency/last minute change of plan, please call the Ark phone which is turned on from 3pm – 5pm: 07901000485

Please note any email communications are to be sent to Ark by 2.30pm. Anything after those time will be responded to the next working.
