We joined our farm team today as they tended to our live stock and planted more of our potatoes. 

Our chickens very kindly gave us four huge eggs today, which we are always very grateful for as they are delicious! Today our farm team planted a plethora of delicious potatoes, which  included some rather obscure types. We planted “Cale Pearl”, “Foremost”, and “Casablanca”. We are all looking forward to harvesting them and indeed, eating them. Not sure if they are good mashers or chippers but we will be experimenting.
