In order to get our body and mind in tune and ready for the day of learning ahead, each class takes part in what we call a “movement break”. This well being activity, which takes place directly after guided reading, gives the children a fun activity to focus their minds and muscles on before the day of learning gets underway. The children thoroughly enjoy this activity as you can see below.
