As part of their current project on animals the children were asked to find a rock over the half term break to bring into school so that they can then decorate the rock to convert it into a pet. The children took great care in designing their new pet to give it character and identity.

As you can see from the pictures below, the children were extremely focused on making sure that they brought their new pet rock to life by adding eyes, colour, texture by using feathers and other tactile material.
