This week we have continued reading our new book ‘Beegu’, a story where an alien gets stuck on earth.

We have been exploring the character Beegu; thinking of adjective to describe her, looking at how people could help her, and learning her silly language (her words rhyme with ours – a joke is a loke). Next week we will be continuing with our new book and starting to create our own aliens.

Please read with your child every evening for 10 minutes and make sure every read is documented in their Reading Log. Reading books are only changed once it is finished and documented. Please also practice the spellings that are set for this week in line with our phonics lessons; they are on Purple Mash and photocopied onto the back of this sheet.
