On Friday 5^th January, Year 3 were visited by Mrs Robinson, a friend of Nutfield Church who is a Geologist. Mrs Robinson’s girls came to our school and she has enjoyed coming to teach our children about her job.

As Year 3 had been learning about Rocks in the Autumn term in Science, she came to teach them about rocks, our planet, fossils, volcanoes and earthquakes all interspersed with some exciting experiments to bring the learning to life. As you can see, they really enjoyed the experience.
