We would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing Mystery Readers for coming in and making this event such a fabulous success.

In our classrooms, our readers had the opportunity to participate in a Mystery Read!  Volunteers would read to their child’s class at the end of the day during story time (2.45pm). The participants were asked to bring in, and read aloud, a favourite picture book to the class. This event is designed to help share a LOVE of reading to all pupils!  Because this was a MYSTERY, all information is kept from your child, including the date the Mystery Reader came in to read to us. The children were given a series of clues to try and guess who the reader was and what they were going to read.
