Today, in Science, the children in Year 2 were learning about the properties of materials. Each group was given a material (plastic, paper, fabric, rocks and rubber) and tasked with building a house for the 3 little pigs. The children built their houses, then investigated which material would be best by wetting them, blowing them and testing their strength.
