Wellbeing curriculum
The success of our Wellbeing curriculum and the subsequent introduction of our four chickens and Peter rabbit has meant we are now in a position to introduce guinea pigs to the school. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to remind parents to inform the school if their child has an allergy which would prevent them from coming into contact with any of the animals, their feed or bedding (straw and hay) during Wellbeing lessons.
Year 5/6 Boys Football Oxted School
Y5 and Y6 boys will have received a letter this week from Mr Proffitt and Mr Bowen. Please make sure you have signed and returned the letter if your child would like to attend.
Year R Heights and Weights Screening
Each year in England, school children in Reception have their height and weight checked at school as part of the National Child Measurement Programme. The School Nursing team will be coming in on Thursday 24th February to conduct the 4+ screening check for Year R.
Parent and carer consent is required and collected by the NHS via econsent. Please see the attached letter for more details and the link for consent.
