Great news! We are so excited to announce that World Book Day will be celebrated on Thursday 3rd March 2022. As always, we encourage everyone to dress up as a character from a book you love. There is no need to purchase a costume. Using what you have at home is better for our environment. Reuse – Recycle – Reduce.
2022 is the 25th anniversary of World Book Day – with the message for all children ‘you are a reader’! Nutfield Church Primary School will be celebrating with lots of exciting ways to promote reading for pleasure on World Book Day, and all-year round.
At school we love reading our favourite books and do so everyday; however, relaxing at home gives us the perfect opportunity to read as a family. Reading together as a family is a great way to share special moments, build confidence and spark young imaginations.
