Year R Height, Weight, Vision and Hearing Screening
Each year in England, school children in Reception have their height and weight checked at school as part of the National Child Measurement Programme.
The school nursing team from Child and Family Health Surrey will be visiting the school on Thursday 26th January to conduct height, weight, vision and hearing screening for reception class. Details can be found in the attached letter.
Please follow the link on the attached letter (below) and complete the electronic consent form with either a yes or a no, according to whether you wish your child to take part.
